Parking:
Parking is available in the west lot adjacent to the building for a small fee.

Student Clinic fee:
One hour sessions in CenterPoint’s Student Clinic are $35, sales tax included.

First Session:
First-time clients should arrive 20 minutes early to fill out a health history form and a client bill of rights. Student Clinic is located in Suite 209A.

Student Clinic Hours:
Student clinic is open on most Friday evenings, 5:30-9:00 pm, and most Saturdays, 10:00 am-5:30 pm*.

*Student Clinic is occasionally offered on a weekday evening, Friday afternoon and Sunday. Please call to inquire about available times.

What to wear

Shiatsu Therapy sessions:
Wear light, comfortable clothing, that stretches with you, as clients remain clothed during a Shiatsu Therapy session.

Massage Therapy sessions:
Undress to personal comfort level in a Therapeutic Massage session.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance cancellation notice is required or the client will be charged for the missed appointment.

Weekend Contact Information
CenterPoint's main reception desk is closed on the weekends. To contact the Student Clinic reception desk during student clinic hours, please call 612-617-9090, ext. 317. This extension is available only when student clinic is in operation. If you receive a voice mail when student clinic is operating, leave a message and you will receive a return call.

Directions

From 94 (Eastbound or Westbound)
Take the Huron Blvd Exit.
Stay in the right lane and proceed straight.
Proceed across Washington and University Avenues. DO NOT TURN.
The road will curve to the left and become 5th St SE.
Proceed for several blocks. Just past 14th Ave, the University
Technology Center is on the right.
The parking lot is on the right at the 13th Ave stop sign.

From 35W Southbound—Option 1
Take the 4th Street / University Avenue Exit.
Go to second light and turn Left onto University Ave.
Proceed to 13th Avenue.
Turn Left on 13th Avenue and proceed for 2 blocks.
The University Technology Center is across the street to the right.
The parking lot is across the street next to the building.

From 35W Southbound—Option 2
Take the Stinson Blvd Exit.
Turn Left onto Stinson Blvd.
Cross over Hennepin and proceed straight ahead on 18th Ave SE (Stinson becomes SE 18th Ave).
Turn Right on SE Como Avenue.
Turn Left on 15th Ave.
Turn Right on 5th St SE. Proceed 2 Blocks.
The University Technology Center is on the right.
The parking lot is on the right at the stop sign at 13th Avenue.

From 35W Northbound—Option 1 
Stay on 35W North past the 94 Exit.
Take the U of M/3rd Street exit. Follow signs to Washington Ave/West Bank. This is the last exit before the road is closed for the bridge.
Turn Right at the light onto Washington Ave.
At the first light, turn Left onto 15th Ave.
At the second light, turn Left onto 19th Ave (this becomes 10th Ave).
Cross the bridge (10th Ave bridge).
Proceed straight across University Avenue and 4th Street.
Turn Right onto 5th Street.
At the stop sign at 13th Ave, the parking lot for the University Technology Center/CenterPoint is on your Left.

From 35W Northbound—Option 2 
Stay on 35W North past the 94 Exit.
Take the U of M Exit and stay to the right. This is the last exit before the road is closed for the bridge.
Follow U of M Eastbank exit to the Right. You will cross the Washington Ave Bridge.
Take the first Right at the end of the bridge: East River Pkwy/Weisman Art Museum Exit. BEAR RIGHT.       
At the stop sign, turn Right onto East River Pkwy which becomes 14th Ave.
Proceed straight across University Avenue and 4th Street.
Turn Left on 5th Street.
The University Technology Center is on the right.
The parking lot is on the right at the 13th Ave stop sign.

From 35W Northbound—Option 3 
From 35W North take the 94 East Exit.
Take the Huron Blvd Exit.
Follow the directions (above) for 94 eastbound.
